Welcome to Rottweiler Pet Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating at rottweilerpetstore.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, reserving a puppy, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to reserve or purchase a puppy from us. By submitting a reservation, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Puppy Reservations & Deposits

• A deposit of $1000 is required to reserve a puppy. 
• Reserving a deposit does not guarantee a specific puppy until  “final payment is received” or “the puppy is vet-checked at 8 weeks”.
• Full payment is due before pickup/delivery.
• We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion, including for reasons such as unsuitable home environment, if applicable to your screening process.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Puppies go home at a minimum of 8 weeks old, not before.
• We offer pickup at our South Bend, Indiana facility and delivery to select areas including Chicago/Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio. [State delivery method — ground transport, flight nanny, courier — and who bears the cost/risk in transit.]
• Delivery timing and fees are confirmed at the time of reservation and are subject to change based on distance and availability.

4. Health Guarantee

• Each puppy is vet-checked, dewormed, and comes from health-tested parents.
• [State your specific health guarantee here — e.g., “We guarantee against genetic health defects for X period from the date of pickup/delivery, provided the puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian within X days of receipt.” Specify what is and isn’t covered, and what remedy you offer — replacement puppy, refund, etc.]
• This guarantee does not cover illness or injury resulting from improper care, accident, or failure to follow recommended vaccination/vet schedules after the puppy leaves our care.

5. AKC Registration

Puppies are sold with AKC registration paperwork under their own AKC number. [State any conditions — e.g., limited registration, spay/neuter agreements, breeding restrictions.]

6. Cancellations & Refunds

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rottweiler Pet Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or ownership of a puppy purchased from us, beyond the remedies stated in our health guarantee.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Confirm this matches where your business is legally registered.]
